Loper is an administrative runner service based in Somerset West. This notice explains what personal information we handle, why we handle it, and what you can ask of us under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
This website
- No cookies, no analytics, no tracking and no forms.
- Our host, Vercel, processes standard technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the site and keep it secure.
- Our fonts are served from this site, so your visit isn’t shared with a font service.
When you contact us
When you WhatsApp or call us, we use your name, number and messages to answer you, to set up your firm and to run your matters. We keep them while we work together and for as long as the law requires afterwards.
Estate information
When your firm instructs us, we process estate information on the firm’s behalf as its operator under POPIA, under a written operator agreement. We act only on the firm’s instructions, keep the information secure, share it only as far as the matter needs, and tell the firm straight away if we believe anyone has accessed it without authority. When the work ends, we return or delete it as the agreement sets out, unless the law requires us to keep it.

You can ask what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Send the request on WhatsApp to 076 178 5015.
